The Meaning Of Physical Fitness For Executives As Depicted In Donald Trump's Apprentice

The importance of exercises and staying fit was demonstrated in the seasons of Trump's Apprentice. If you watched the Apprentice you would have seen Kwame and Troy regularly keeping fit with exercises in the first season. This was deliberately scripted to convey to viewers the importance of regular exercises for a healthy life of both physical and mental alertness.

The impression is that Donald Trump believes that it is inconceivable that you would be good enough for him as an Apprentice if you are not both physically and mentally fit. Therefore Apprentice candidates were expected to be physically fit, which was why they were shot in the first three seasons as people who are aware of the need for regular physical exercises.

I guess that is why many of the Apprentice candidates regularly engaged in physical exercises with different kinds of calisthenics including press ups, pull ups; using weights and trade mills for regular workouts as shown in the first three seasons of the Apprentice.

The male members of the Apprentice team were shot in the second season actively engaging in basket ball to show that even you can obtain physical fitness from spots of that nature. Did you see that interesting scene in which Kelly put a whole in the wall while playing?.

What was portrayed in the first three seasons of Donald Trump's Apprentice was the importance of physical fitness vis-à-vis mental alertness, and I believe that those were adequately conveyed to both the candidates and the viewers.

If you consider the first three seasons of the Apprentice very well you will see that the impression created is that no matter your position in life, whether you are an executive like Donald Trump or any of the Apprentice candidates, you must not allow your lifestyle become sedentary by sitting long hours in meetings, being transported for every movement. You are supposed to be active for at least 75% of a day, so find the means for exercising your body regularly for both physical and mental alertness.

You must realize after reading all of the above that it is imperative for you to maintain physical fitness and mental alertness with exercises such as aerobics of walking, dancing, jogging and even matching to an audio band in your office. This you can do for the duration of a track at a time. If you fail to keep physically fit you most probably will fall victim of overweight and the associated health risk such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems et ce tera.
